- Monday–Saturday processing
- Custom & bulk orders may take longer
🚛 Delivery Estimates
- Metro Cities: 2–4 Days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3: 3–7 Days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 Days
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via Email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment pickup.
💳 Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and delivery location.
⚠ Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect address details, unreachable recipients, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery may incur additional reshipping charges.
Any eligible refund will exclude original shipping costs and courier return charges.
📸 Damaged Shipments
- Photograph the package before opening.
- Record an unboxing video.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
🌍 International Shipping
Garage64 currently ships only within India. International shipping options will be announced once available.
