Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, but as a collectibles and hobby-based store, we follow a strict return policy due to the nature of our products.

General Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item received is damaged or broken

  • The item is incorrect (not what you ordered)

If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.


Required Proof for Return Claims

To process your return/refund request, please email support@garage64.in with the following:

  1. Order ID

  2. Clear photos showing:

    • The outer packaging (with shipping label visible)

    • The damaged/incorrect product

    • A close-up of the defect or issue

  3. A brief description of the issue

We may request a video of the unboxing if damage is claimed. Claims without adequate proof will not be processed.


Return Approval Process

Once we receive and review your claim:

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund depending on product availability.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address.

  • If a return is not required, refund will be processed directly.


Refund Timelines

Refunds (if approved) are processed as follows:

  • UPI/Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days

  • Wallets/Third-party gateways: 7–10 business days

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS): 3–5 business days after confirmation

We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used diecast models

  • Custom-made or limited-edition dioramas

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Products returned without approval


Fraudulent or Repeated Claims

Garage64 reserves the right to refuse service or block customers with repeated false claims or misuse of the returns system.
