At Garage64, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. As many of our products are collectibles, display accessories, and hobby items, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.
✅ Eligible Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, or refunds may be approved if:
- Item received is damaged during transit.
- Incorrect item received.
- A product is missing from the shipment.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selected by the customer.
- Products that have been opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product itself.
- Courier delays after dispatch.
- Returns sent without prior approval from Garage64.
📸 Required Proof for Claims
To submit a return, replacement, or refund request, please provide:
- Order ID
- Photos of the outer package
- Shipping label clearly visible
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Close-up images of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
For transit damage claims, we may also request an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

- Submit your claim with all required evidence.
- Our team reviews the request.
- Additional information may be requested if needed.
- If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Where required, Garage64 will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

Garage64 reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, future orders, or support requests in cases involving:
- False or misleading claims
- Edited or manipulated evidence
- Repeated abuse of the returns process
- Suspicious ordering activity
Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Garage64.
