Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, but as a collectibles and hobby-based store, we follow a strict return policy due to the nature of our products.
General Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item received is damaged or broken

The item is incorrect (not what you ordered)
If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Required Proof for Return Claims
To process your return/refund request, please email support@garage64.in with the following:

Order ID

Clear photos showing:

The outer packaging (with shipping label visible)

The damaged/incorrect product
-
A close-up of the defect or issue

A brief description of the issue
We may request a video of the unboxing if damage is claimed. Claims without adequate proof will not be processed.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive and review your claim:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund depending on product availability.

We will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address.

If a return is not required, refund will be processed directly.
Refund Timelines
Refunds (if approved) are processed as follows:

UPI/Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days

Wallets/Third-party gateways: 7–10 business days

Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS): 3–5 business days after confirmation
We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used diecast models

Custom-made or limited-edition dioramas

Clearance/sale items

Products returned without approval
Fraudulent or Repeated Claims
Garage64 reserves the right to refuse service or block customers with repeated false claims or misuse of the returns system.
